What if every time you stepped into a Kate Spade store, you met your muse?
This rather unexpected idea was our response to Kate Spade's brief, who were looking to 2x the profitability of every customer who stepped into their retail stores.
Once they'd fallen in love with the idea, we had to make it happen. Everything was built from scratch and prototyped with store teams in NYC, Hawaii, SF and Chicago, from the onboarding event to the managers training kit, from the selling tools to the compensation model, and from the digital platform to the pocket-sized confetti party every Muse now has tucked in her pocket.
The Muse Project had totally reimagined the way Kate Spade hire, train and compensate their store staff, and more importantly transformed the experience every customer has when they step into a Kate Spade store.
